Gilson started his career at Allan Gray, working as client consultant for the asset management company. Prior to joining Akribos Gilson worked as an assistant lecturer at the University of Pretoria.Gilson has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program with the CFA institute. Gilson holds a Masters in Financial Management (University of Pretoria) and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Investment Management (University of Pretoria).

Chenge graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Rhodes University and was listed on the Dean’s List for academic merit. She is currently enrolled in the CFA program as a CFA level 3 Candidate. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Rotaract Club of Borrowdale Brooke and She Leads Africa.

Kudzai joined Akribos as a trainee corporate finance analyst and later moved to Private Wealth Management. During this time, she has gained experience in corporate finance, structured finance and business valuations and has been exposed to a wide range of high profile clients.She is a CFA level two candidate and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology.

Nyasha obtained a Bachelor of Laws LLB (hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 2009 and is a registered legal practitioner, conveyancer, notary public and Estate Administrator. She is a co-founder of Devittie, Rudolph and Timba Legal Practitioners. Her area of practice includes Property Law and Estate Planning, family law and a fair share of civil and commercial litigation. She also specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law with emphasis on issues relating to Foreign Direct Investment in Zimbabwe, compliance with Zimbabwe’s indigenisation legislation, debt securitisation and high-level recoveries, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and insolvency matters.

She holds an MBA with the University of Gloucestershire, UK and is a member of the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights. Nyasha is a founding Trustee of Conflict Solutions, a mediation organisation that seeks to promote mediation services in Zimbabwe. She recently acquired international accreditation from Conflict Dynamics (SA) as a Commercial mediator.
